      We organised a trip to Emilia Romagna, this time with 15 adults and 11 kids. We learned how to make tortilla di zucca from an Italian grandmother. The kids got involved in this too and had a great time. We then enjoyed a nice lunch of carpaccio di zucca, tortilla di zucca al ragu bolognese, gnocchi di zucca guanciale, and some desserts. On another day we learnt the whole process of making parmigiano reggiano. My kids for one LOVE parmigiano so they were happy to see the whole process and taste the cheese as we were learning. We also organised a big archery competition with a professional. All adults and kids got involved and everyone became so competitive. It was a gorgeous sunny day and we had a great day.
